Request action photos before the tournament or at the tournament - it's free - no obligation to buy - the sooner the better.

Come to the photo booth as early as you can on the 1st day of the tournament.
At the booth we will quickly check the latest AES schedule with you and together select a Day, Time, and Court for a match
We will schedule only one match per day per team
You will provide the Uniform Color of your player to help our photographers locate your player
We will submit the request and verify a photographer is available for that match
For others on your team that have made early requests, they will also be added to the match
You can add others on your team to photograph for the match as well
You will receive a text that your request was accepted

If you need more photos, simply come to the photo booth and request an additional match
We will schedule only match per day per team
If others on your team are interested in action photos, they should request photos at the same time
Our photographers are some of the most experienced volleyball action photographers in the country
Our photographers focus on the players requested while they follow the action during a match
Our photographers frequently take over 200 photos in 20 minutes while they are at a match

About an hour after the end of your match, you should receive a text that the photos from that match were uploaded along with the Match#
Go to the iPads at front of the Photo Booth and select the match by Match#. You can also select the match by age group and team name
There are likely over 200 photos per match. We follow the action so you will see photos of your player along with other players
If there were requests for the match's other team, you will see these photos as well
Add photos you like by adding them to an album that you create (5 digit number)
If you see a photo that someone else on your team may like, you can text them a link to that photo

Once you have added photos to your album, click ORDER and begin to create your order
Add an package or product to your CART and drag and drop photos from your album to your order item
Continue this for as many packages or products that you want
Click Review/Checkout and proceed to checkout
Go to the Checkout Line at the front of the Photo Booth
We fulfill all photo products in just minutes except posters which we will mail to you after the tournament

There is no charge for requesting action photos
There is no charge for a photographer to take photos of any of your matches
There is only a charge when you place an order with photo products
Minimum order is assumed to be $95. Frequently orders are over $200 that include multiple Digital Photos, 5x7's, Plaques, and/or Posters
A 14% service charge is added to all orders
A portion of all sales goes to USAV

High Res Digital Photos: start at $40/image and decrease in cost with qty.
5x7 Print: $20 and discount after qty 5. Many purchase 5 or more.
8x10 Print: $30 and discount after qty 4. Many purchase 4 or more.
Wood or Sports Court Plaque: $65. Many purchase plaques which include a 5x7 action print, USAV logo, and engraved plate.
12x18 or 16x24 3-image Poster Unframed: $275. Optional frame: +$89. Many purchase posters as a lasting, quality memory.
