Coaches:  Follow the steps below and receive a complementary 5x7 Team Photo.

1.  Pass this envelope to your team parents to order special team photo products.

2.  Have a team representative come by the Photo Center to schedule your photo session.

The Photo Center will be inside the convention center hall with sign for Team and Action Photo Sign-Up

All photo sessions will be scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

3.  Bring the filled out form and envelope with enclosed cash to your photo session.

Have your team present at the Photo Center 10 minutes before your photo session.

The photo session lasts about 5 minutes.

4.  Have a team representative come by to pick up your team's order after 11:00 a.m. the following day.

Parents:  Fill out a line of the order form below to order special photo products.

1.  Write your name and select the products you want.

2.  Enclose cash in the envelope or pay by credit at the Photo Center.

3.  Pass the envelope to another parent.

Special Note:  The 9x12 Engraved Wood Plaque includes a 5x7 team photo and an engraved plate with the tournament

name.   The Court Plaque uses Sports Court tile rather than wood.  It is a great gift and ready to hang!
