General Info
Come to the photo booth near the championship desk to request team photos, request action photos, and to view and order photo products.
It only takes a few minutes to request a team or action photo. For team photos, have your representative tell us your preferred photo time. For action photos, tell us the time, court, and player# to photograph.
Team photos can be viewed immediately after your team photo session. At that time You can order team photos along with the rest of your team.
Action photos are available for view about an hour after the end of the requested game. You can view and order action photos from laptops at the event.
We fulfill plaques, CD's, and prints on-the-spot -- within minutes of your purchase. We mail framed and unframed posters.

Requesting Team Photos
To request team photos, have one of your team representatives (coach, team mom, manager) come to the photo booth.
Let us know your team name and preferred photo team. We will give you a team order envelope for you to pass around to your team parents for ordering photo products.
Bring the filled out team order envelope to your photo session. Once all players and coaches are present for the photo, the photo session takes only about 5 minutes.
You can preview the team photo immediately after your session.
The team representative can pick up the completed order the next day after 10am or on the last day about an hour after the photo session.
You can also order the award team photo in the same manner - they are available for pickup within an hour after the photo.

Requesting Action Photos
To request action photos, come to the photo booth at the event.
Let us know your team name, player#, and preferred match time and court. We will send a photographer to capture as many good action
shots as possible during a part of the match.
These photos will be uploaded at our photo booth and be available for review about an hour after the end of your match. You can review the photos on
any of the laptops in our booth.
You can create an album of your favorite photos. From this album you can then order posters, plaques, CD's, and prints as either ala carte purchases or as a package
to save money.
Once you have placed your order on the laptops, go to the checkout line so our staff can review and fulfill your order. Plaques, CD's, and prints will be completed within a few minutes.
Posters will be mailed.
We do not accept checks, but we accept the major credit credit cards as well as cash for payment.

Framed Posters
We offer framed posters than consist of either 1 image or 3 images.
The images can be action or team photos. All of these posters include the tournament logo, location, and year. Optionally at
no extra cost they can also include the player name.
The framed posters come as 18x24 prints with a 1" wide wood frame for an overall size of 20"x26".
The poster is placed on foamboard and then framed with a 1" black wood moulding and protected with 1/8" clear acrylic.
We carefully package the framed poster in a box and then mail it to your home or office. Because we use acrylic, there is no danger of glass breakage during shipment.
Open the box and it's ready to hang and enjoy!

Unframed Posters
We offer unframed posters than consist of either 1 image or 3 images.
The images can be action or team photos. All of these posters include the tournament logo, location, and year. Optionally at
no extra cost they can also include the player name.
We offer 3 sizes of unframed posters: small (10x14), medium (12x16), and large (18x24). We print the small 1-image poster at the tournament.
The medium and large poster is done at our studio and then mailed in a tube to your home or office.
Open the tube and it's ready to pin to the wall or frame.

Action Plaques
Action Plaques are great to collect through the years of competing in taekwondo.
An Action Plaque consists of a 5x7 action print, an emblem signifying the tournament, and an engraved plate
all mounted on a 9x12 wood-grained or black plaque. The engraved plate includes the year and tournament name.
You can take them home from a tournament ready to hang. They make great gifts as well!

Prints
You can purchase 5x7 and 8x10 action and team prints and take them home from the tournament.
For action prints we zoom in and center the photo as needed to focus on the action.
Each print includes the logo, location, and year.
The prints are full-bleed and high-resolution, with excellent color saturation.
They are printed using the latest technology that provides each print with a life-time archival rating.
The prints are protected from dust and fingerprints with a closed plastic bag. For 8x10's we also include a stiff backing to prevent damage as you take it home.

Action CD's
You can take home a CD with any of your action photos.
Create an album on a laptop that includes the photos you want on your CD. Then simply create a CD order from your album.
The photos are high-res .jpg files ready to print. We burn the CD at the tournament so you can take it home.
We include a signed release form so you are able to print them at any local or on-line photo lab.
