FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- How do I get action shots of my son or daughter?
Go to our photo booth at the convention center. For volleyball
action photos, tell us your game time, court, team name, and player#. For Taekwondo action photos, tell us your son or
daughters first and last name, match# (if there is one), ring (if you know it), and estimated start time. For Taekwondo, it's best if you let
us know about 10 minutes before your son or daughter's match the ring number. We will then send out a photographer to photograph a part of your match.
The photographer will follow the action and take as many quality action shots as possible.
The photos will be available for review at the photo booth about 1 hour after the end of the match.
- How do I get a team photo at an event?
Have a representative from your team (manager, team mom, or coach) go to
our photo booth at the convention center and tell us your team name and the preferred time for your team photo. We will give you a team order
envelop for you to show to the other parents for ordering the team photos. Bring the completed team order form when your team comes for their photo.
Once the entire team is present and the order form completed, the photo session lasts about 5 minutes. You can immediately preview the team
photo at our booth.
- When are the team photos ready to pick up at the event?
They are ready the next day after 10am or on the last day of
the tournament, they will be ready for pickup within an hour of the photo session. The same representative (manager, team mom, or coach)
who scheduled the photo is generally the one to pick them up for the team.
- How do I order action photos at an event?
About an hour after the end of your requested match (see above for requesting
action photos), the photos can be viewed on any of the preview laptops at the booth. The photos are organized by section. For volleyball section is
an age group. For Taekwondo a section is a day or ring. Matches are listed within the sections. Simply select a match and view the photos.
Once you find one or more photos you want to order, add them to your album. If
you don't already have an album, you will be prompted to create one. Once you have added photos to your album, you can then place an order
from the same laptop computer. You can choose to order ala carte or as a package to save money. Once you log out of the laptop, walk to the
checkout line so our staff can help you see the photos larger if necessary, to fill out your address for poster orders, and to pay for your order.
Prints, plaques, and CDs are completed within a few minutes. Posters will be mailed.
- Can I order photos on-line after the tournament event?
The photos will be posted to the internet about a week after the event.
You can view all matches we photographed and the albums you created at the event. You will be able to order
posters, plaques, CD's, and prints in a similar manner to ordering at the event. There will be a charge for mailing these internet orders. It
will take from 4-6 weeks (sometimes only a week) to receive your order in the mail.
- Can I request a photographer to come to more than 1 match at an event?
We ask that you first look at the photos from the
match we did take. If you still need more for any reason, you can request that we come to another game. Based on the number of requestors, we can't
always promise that a photographer will be available for a 2nd game, but we will do everything possible to accommodate your additional request.
- Can I print any number of copies from the photos on a CD?
Yes, you can use the photos on a CD as you wish. We provide a signed
release form that you can take to any store that prints photos. The release form enables you to copy or print any photo for personal use without any restrictions.
- What is the advantage in getting orders fulfilled at the tournament?
1) You are able to watch our staff crop
and prepare photos for printing so you are sure to receive the items requested in the manner you want them.
2) You get your plaques, prints, and CDs within minutes of placing your order.
3) You avoid having to pay for any shipping of plaques, prints, and CD's and avoid the possibility of damage during shipment.
- Am I able to pay by credit card?
Yes, you are able to pay be credit card. At an event
we will be able to swipe your card for payment. For leagues, you will need to write down your credit card number on the order
form. For internet orders, you can't pay by credit card, but can pay by PayPal.
- Am I able to pay by check?At the national events you aren't able to pay by check. For our central Texas leagues, you are able
to pay be check.
- For league photos, how long does it take before we get our photos back?
For central Texas sport leagues, it generally takes three
weeks from the last photo shoot day to receive your photo prints and products. We give them to the league who distributes them to those reponsible for the divisions
who in turn distribute them to the team coaches.
- For league photos, are you able to shoot indoors with professional backdrops?
For central Texas sport leagues, we are
able to shoot indoors with professional lights and backdrops.
