1. REQUEST PHOTOS
We only photograph action photos by request. Requesting action photos is free, but our spots fill up quickly. You can submit an early request on-line and finalize your request at the booth before your first match of the first day of a tournament. You can also request action photos at or booth at least an hour before your match - the earlier the better. It's best to come to our booth the first thing when you arrive at the tournament prior to your matches for the day.

We can schedule one partial match per team per day. If there are others on your team wanting action photos, its best if all the parents interested request action pnotos. If coaches are interested in photographs, they should request photos as well. When one of our photographers is at your match, the photographer can follow the action and focus on all the players and coaches interested in photos.

2. ADD PHOTOS TO YOUR ALBUM
About an hour after the end of your match you should receive a text that the photos were uploaded. It's typical for a photographer to take over 300 photos for one of your matches where the photographer is not only following the action, but also taking ready, huddle, celebration, and fun shots.

Review these photos at the row of iPads near our booth. Click ADD TO ALBUM any photo you like. The first time, you will be prompted to create your album with your own 5 digit number. Add as many photos as you want to your album from any matches we have photographed. Once you add your favorite photos to your album, then click ORDER to place your order.

The photographer won't stay for the entire match, so if the photographer wasn't able to photograph your player or you need additional photos, come to the photo booth as soon as you know your court and time for the following day and submit another request.

3. PLACE YOUR ORDER
The order form below shows the same products and prices when you order via the iPads. However, you don't need a hardcopy order form to place your order. The on-line ordering doesn't require you to remember any photo numbers - you first select what product you want such as a package, 5x7 prints, 8x10 prints, digital, or poster. Then simply drag and drop the photos from your album to the order cart area for that product. You can repeat this for any number of products. Once you have completed your order, click Review/Checkout and proceed to checkout.

4. CHECKOUT
Once you place your order, go to the Checkout area at the front of our booth and interact with one of our assistants to fulfill your order. It's best not to wait until the last day of the tournament to place your order when the checkout line can be long. For the other days of the tournament, the time to checkout will likely be faster.

Prints, plaques, and digital products will be fullfilled in minutes - posters will be mailed to you after the tournament. Digital orders are the fastest to fulfill - you will receive the hi-res photos on a flash drive.

The photos will be available at our On-Line Store after the tournament, but shipping charges will be added, it will take weeks to receive the photo products, and you can't interact with one of our assistants for cropping, etc. At the tournament you avoid shipping charges (except for framed posters), you get them within minutes, and you can interact with our assistants.
