1. SCHEDULE YOUR PHOTO
We only photograph team photos by request. Requesting team photos is free, but our spots fill up quickly.

You can request team photos at our booth in the court area near the front entrance. It's best to come to our booth the first thing when you arrive at the tournament prior to your matches for the day so you can get the time you want.

We can schedule your team photo from 7:15am to 6pm. It only takes 5 minutes once players and coaches are present. The most popular time is between waves so we fill up quickly during these time slots.

2. TAKE YOUR PHOTOS
Have your players and coaches come to the booth about 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled photo session. If parents want to pay ahead of time, they should also come to the booth at that time. If you are running late, come anyway - we will fit you in.

The team manager or coach (team photo contact) needs to check in with the person in the booth handling team photos. If the team manager or coach took a team order form when they scheduled the team photo, they should bring this and turn it in. If they didn't get a team order form before, they should get one from the person in the booth at the team photo area. If the parents have filled out the order form, this can be turned in. If parents need to pay by credit card, they can do that either before or after the photos are taken.

Have your players line up from small to tall. For liberos (1 or more), if they are in a different uniform color than the rest of the team, then have them in front of the line also by height order. The coaches will be at the end of the line.

Once the team order form has been turned in and the players and coaches are in line, the photographer will direct them one by one to the correct place in the team photography area. The photographer will briefly explain they will be taking three regular photos and one silly photo. The photographer will then move to the camera and take the photos.

No other photos can be taken by anyone else in the booth or outside the booth.

After the photos are taken, the photographer will direct the team to see the photos just taken on the monitors in front of the booth.

3. REVIEW YOUR PHOTOS
The team can see the photos just taken on the monitors in front of the booth. Most of the time one of our booth workers will click to refresh the monitors with the latest photos, but if they become busy, anyone can click the REFRESH button on the touchscreen to see the photos just taken. Anyone can also click on the thumbnails on the right to move among the regular and silly photos. We can only print one of the regular photos and one of the silly photos. The team needs to decide which photo they want for the regular and silly. Our booth worker will write this down on the order form.

4. PLACE YOUR ORDER
If parents have not yet placed their order and made payment, they should do so after seeing the photos. If they need a little more time to fill out the order form, the team photo contact can take the order form and pass it among the parents to fill out.

They can order 5x7's, 8x10's, and plaques with either the regular or silly photo. Payment can be by credit card (AX, MC, VISA, DISCOVER) or cash.

We can't start to fulfill the order until the order form has been submitted and all parents have paid. Our contact will write down the contact information of the person who will be picking up the order.

If at least one parent purchases something, the coach will receive a free 5x7. To upgrade the coach from a print to a plaque, payment for the difference can be made. If the team as a whole purchases more than 7 team plaques, the coach receives a free plaque upgrade.

5. PICK UP YOUR ORDER
Once a team order is turned in and all payments have been made, we can fulfill the order. Except for the last day of a tournament, orders will be completed and ready to pickup after 11am the following day. On the last day, orders can be picked up in about 15 minutes from when they are turned in. The team photo contact person should come by to pick up the order. One of our booth workers will review the completed order to make sure it is accurate. Once verified, the team photo contact will sign out and take the order for distribution to the team.

Once the completed order has been verified and picked up, we can not be responsible for inaccurate or missed prints. If something is inaccurate or missing, we will correct it, but additional payment may be needed.

It is important that no team orders be left behind. We will not be responsible for this case. If we have time we will text the team contact to remind them, but can't guarantee we will have time to do this.

Below is our Team Order Form. You will receive this order form when you sign up for team photos.
